Section 4 Wordlist

Trachea – a membranous tube in the back of the throat to bring air to our lungs.
Alveoli – a tiny sac at the end of each bronchiole
Nasal – of or relating to the nose
Bronchioles – small branches that divides the air we breathe into the lungs.
Capillaries – blood vessels that carry blood between the arteries and the veins.
Extract – to put or draw out something
Larynx – a structure at the outer part of the throat
Exhalation – to breathe out air from the lungs
Rib cage – structure in the body formed by the ribs
Oxygen- gas without colour taste or smell present in the air and necessary for life.
Diaphragm- the muscle that separates the chest from the lower part of the body.
